Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, with the return being made to the e-shop. In this case, it is necessary to contact us by phone at 2130414555 to inform us of the product to be returned and to arrange either its replacement or a refund corresponding to it.

Please note that the shipping cost for the entire return process (i.e., returning the product to the store and sending the new product to you) amounts to €00 and is your sole responsibility. If you request a refund, this cost amounts to €0 (covering only the return shipping cost of the product(s) to be exchanged).

For a return to be accepted, the item must not have been used, and no tags or labels (e.g., stickers, brand markings, etc.) should have been removed. Additionally, all items must be returned in the same excellent condition as received, without any damage or defect (except in the case of defective products) and must be complete. The returned product must also be accompanied by the relevant purchase documents (retail receipt or exchange card).

If the return/exchange is due to proven product defect, the shipping cost of the new product will be borne by us.

kooky.gr is liable for compensation in the case of lack of agreed quality or the existence of a defect only if it has been caused by our fault.

Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure that they are properly packaged and protected against damage during transit. Any damage to the product during return shipping will be your responsibility.

To avoid inconvenience, we recommend that you carefully inspect the condition of the products, the packaging, and the labels at the time of delivery to identify any visible defects.

Returns received outside the terms of our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
