The user/consumer/member of the e-shop acknowledges and unreservedly accepts all the above by simply navigating and/or using the e-shop services.

• Provide us with accurate email addresses, postal addresses, and other contact information. We may use this information to contact you if necessary. If you do not provide all required information, we cannot process your order.

By placing an order through the website, you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

4. Sales Contract – Product Orders

The information contained in these Terms and the details on this website do not constitute an offer to sell but an invitation for information. A contract between us and you regarding any products is formed only when your order is expressly accepted by us. If we do not accept your order and funds have already been debited, they will be refunded to you in full, without interest.

To place an order, you will follow the purchase procedure and click the “CONFIRM ORDER” button. You will then receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order (“Order Confirmation”). Receipt of the email confirms the completion of your order and our acceptance of it.

5. Product Availability

Products offered through this website are available in Greece and abroad. All product orders depend on availability. In case of supply difficulties or stock shortages, we reserve the right to inform you, either by phone or email, of similar products of equal or higher quality and value that you may order. If you do not wish to order such alternatives, any payment you made will be refunded in full, without interest.

6. Order Rejection

We bear no responsibility towards you or any third party for the withdrawal of any products from this website, or for the removal or processing of any website content, or for the refusal to fulfill or accept an order after we have sent you the Order Confirmation.

7. Delivery

Subject to the provisions of Clause 5 above regarding product availability and unless exceptional circumstances arise, we will make every effort to complete your order for the products listed in the Order Confirmation by the delivery date specified in the Order Confirmation, or if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated period shown when selecting your payment method, and in any case no later than 30 days from the Order Confirmation date. Products are delivered via our partnered carrier, and shipping time worldwide is between 1–3 business days from the day after the Order Confirmation. Saturday or Sunday deliveries are made by prior arrangement with the carrier or at an additional charge.

Delays may occur due to delivery area or unforeseen circumstances. If we fail to meet the delivery date, we will inform you and offer the option to either continue the purchase with a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund, without interest.

For the purposes of these Terms, delivery is considered complete when you or a third party acting on your behalf (other than the carrier) takes physical possession or control of the products, evidenced by the signature on the proof of delivery.

8. Non-Delivery

If the carrier cannot deliver your order, they will leave a note explaining where the order is and what you need to do to receive it, and will contact you by phone. If, after 10 days from the date the order becomes available for delivery, it has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, the Contract will be considered terminated. In such cases, any payment received from you will be refunded within 14 days.

If your order is lost due to the carrier’s error, we will notify you and, if you still wish to complete the order, replace and resend the same products. Otherwise, we will refund any payment made in full, without interest.

9. Risk and Ownership of Products

The risk of the products transfers to you once you or a third party acting on your behalf (other than the carrier) takes physical possession or control of the products. Ownership passes to you either upon full payment of all amounts owed, including shipping costs, or upon delivery (whichever occurs later, as per Clause 7).

10. Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt to the e-shop. You must contact us by phone at 2130414555 to notify us of the product to be returned and to arrange replacement or refund.

The shipping costs for the entire return process (return to store and sending a new product) are €00 and are your responsibility. If you request a refund, the cost is €0 (only for the return of the item(s) to be exchanged).

Products must be unused, with all labels intact (e.g., stickers, brand markings) and returned in perfect condition without damage or defects (except for defective products). They must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or exchange card).

If the return/exchange is due to proven product defect, the shipping cost of the replacement is borne by us.

kooky.gr is liable for compensation only if any defect or lack of agreed property is caused by our fault.

Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us. Ensure they are properly packaged to prevent damage. Any damage during return is your responsibility.

Check the product and packaging condition upon delivery to avoid inconvenience. Returns outside the policy will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.

11. Price and Payment

The price of each product is as listed on the website at any given time, except in cases of obvious error. If a pricing error is discovered after an order, we will notify you and allow you to reconfirm or cancel the order. If we cannot contact you, the order will be canceled and payment refunded.

Prices include VAT but not shipping costs. For purchases up to €00, shipping within Greece is €00; for purchases of €00 or more, shipping is free.

To complete your purchase, follow the checkout process, verify the order details, and pay. Payments can be made by cash on delivery, in-store at ADDRESS, CITY, or by Visa/Mastercard credit/debit card.

Card details are encrypted in the bank’s secure environment. The bank may require pre-authorization to confirm sufficient funds. Your card is charged upon order confirmation. Clicking “CONFIRM ORDER” confirms that your card is valid and has sufficient funds. Card payments are subject to issuer approval. If your card is declined, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery, and the contract cannot be formed.
